Ray leads the Global Trading Solutions team, providing innovative technology solutions for market insights and execution capabilities for BMO Capital Markets. In this role, Ray leads the technology strategy for electronic equities and prime brokerage while supporting fixed income, foreign exchange, securitization commodities, structured products and trade support capabilities.

Ray has more than two decades of industry experience. He was CTO and Co-founder of Clearpool Group prior to its acquisition by BMO. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Knight Capital Group, responsible for the technology behind the electronic agency algorithmic and market access platform, Knight Direct. Ray started his career as a software consultant at Tallan Inc., a technology and business process consulting service to enterprise and mid-sized companies. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trinity College.
