Healthy Markets Executive Director Tyler Gellasch to present at the SEC’s Investor Advisory Committee

Tyler Gellasch Executive Director of the Healthy Markets Association has been invited to testify at the November 7th, 2019 Investor Advisory Committee meeting about the SEC’s Concept Release on Harmonization of Securities Offering Exemptions.   The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time in the Multipurpose Room at SEC headquarters at 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. and is open to the public. The meeting will be webcast live and archived on the committee’s website for later viewing.

Mr. Gellasch’s panel will commence at 1:00pm and conclude at 2:30pm.  The full agenda is available (here).
