SEC Won’t Release ‘Speed Bump’ Study It Promised Two Years Ago

Wall Street Journal October 24, 2018 — “Without more guidance from the SEC, it’s hard for exchanges to know if they’re making the right choice by introducing speed bumps”, according to Tyler Gellasch, executive director of Healthy Markets Association, which represents large investors.
