In this major policy address, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissioner Robert J. Jackson, Jr. will explore questions surrounding how well the country’s stock exchanges are serving American Investors and whether the regulation of exchanges is keeping pace with our rapidly changing markets.  Commissioner Jackson will take questions from the audience following his remarks.  Following Commissioner Jackson, a panel of securities law and economics experts will discuss the current regulation of stock exchanges in the United States and debate proposals for reform.
